How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed immediately and shipped within 0 to 5 business days. Please note that during holidays, delivery times may be longer due to increased demand at shipping carriers. Once your order has left our warehouse, we no longer have control over delivery times. Keep an eye on your tracking code for updates.
Can I track my order?
Your package will be shipped via DHL or PostNL. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. During peak periods like holidays, delivery may take longer due to busy carriers.
Can I change my address?
Unfortunately, our system cannot make any changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your personal information before completing your order. Questions? Contact us at support@jebroer4life.com and have your order number and address ready.
My package hasn’t arrived, what now?
It’s possible your package has been delayed. We recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking code to see the current status of your delivery. Some orders are shipped as letterbox packages, which can take longer — especially since letterbox mail isn’t delivered on Sundays or Mondays.
PAYMENT
Was my payment successful?
Not sure if your payment went through, for example after receiving an error message?
Check your bank statement to see if the amount was deducted. Still in doubt? Contact us at support@jebroer4life.com — we can check the status for you.
If you're sure the payment failed, then your order was not placed either. This means you'll need to place the order again and complete the payment once more.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with iDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what now?
Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder. Always double-check the email address you used and your spam inbox. If you still can't find anything, feel free to reach out to us at support@jebroer4life.com or via the contact form.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Contact our customer service team at support@jebroer4life.com to start the return process.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within the 14-day return window.
- Items must be returned in original condition, including tags and packaging. Used, damaged, or washed items will be refused and returned.
- Non-identifiable returns will be stored for a maximum of 1 month in our warehouse. After that, they will be processed administratively and can no longer be claimed. Please contact customer service in time with your return details.
